On Thursday, June 20, ABC aired the first episode of听Family Food Fight.听According to ABC, the show 鈥渨ill feature family teams dishing out their best culinary skills. Tapping into each family’s uniquely diverse cultural heritage,听Family Food Fight听takes homestyle cooking to a new level as teams square off with their most prized family recipes.”

The eight family teams come from different backgrounds and ethnicities. One of the families competing for the $100,000 prize has Adelphi connections. Lorena Livanos ’84 is competing with her sons Johnny and Enrico. They were chosen over 100 East Coast applicants.
