Class Descriptions

A mix of strength, cardio, and flexibility using your own body weight that shapes your muscles while keeping your energy up.

The central aim of this practice is to develop CORE strength. Through specific exercises designed by world renowned exercise pioneer and expert Joseph Pilates, practitioners will use that core strength to create strong and supple muscles throughout the entire body. A balance of strengthening and lengthening exercises will promote success for each practitioner based on his/her needs and abilities with fun small props to help each client achieve his/her best practice. The exercise flow uses fluid and rhythmic movements that strengthen the deep, smaller muscles that are often overlooked in other exercise regimens. Enjoy a full body workout that will improve your posture, strengthen all the muscle systems and generate a feeling of overall well-being.

A strength class focusing on sculpting muscle tone across all major muscle groups boosting basal metabolic rate for faster fat burning. This helps transform your physique and shape your body. You’ll need running shoes, water, and a towel.

Combines Buddhist-style mindfulness practice with yoga as exercise to provide a means of exercise that is also meditative and useful for reducing stress.

Vinyasa is a flow practice, moving with the breath (both the inhale and exhale). It is a fluid practice that allows students to explore and enjoy different postures through intuitive sequencing. Students can learn about and build up to inversions and head/handstands and well as other challenging balances if they choose. The focus is on alignment through a flow which creates liberation in movement as students explore their practice.

This is an all-levels vinyasa class to a unique alternative soundtrack (rock, metal, emo, goth) with a focus on facing fears, overcoming obstacles, and embracing the dark side of life in order to appreciate the light. In this fun and empowering flow, there will be opportunities to work on challenging transitions, inversions, arm balances, and even some yin poses, but options will always be given for everyone’s varying abilities. The choice is always yours. Jenna emphasizes the importance of listening to your body and doing what’s right for you. Students can expect to sweat, laugh, and leave feeling empowered. We will always learn new things while building a stable foundation in the basics.

Perfect for everybody! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it out. Zumba takes the “work” out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called an exercise in disguise. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy, and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
